中環美國銀行中心全層2.8億易手永倫集團沽貨19年升值60% 永倫集團持續減磅，最新沽售中環指標甲廈，市場消息透露，旗下持有的中環美國銀行中心高層全層單位，以每呎2萬易手，涉資2.776億，物業於19年間升值60%。上址為中環美國銀行中心36樓全層，建築面積約13880方呎，以易手價2.776億計算，平均每呎2萬，物業以交吉形式交易，永倫集團主席倫耀基回覆本報查詢，證實上述物業已易手。永倫集團於2006年11月以1.735億購入該全層，當時呎價1.25萬，持貨19年帳面獲利1億410萬，物業升值60%。平均呎價2萬今年10月，永倫集團亦沽售美國銀行中心35樓7室，建築面積約1023方呎，可望部分海景，原以2420萬放售，由於單位已交吉，故減價550萬或22.7%，以1870萬售出，呎價約18280元。該單位之前由金融公司以每月4.6萬租用，倘若以原租金租出，相......
