From now on, simply fill in and submit the mortgage referral application form before the drawdown of mortgage loan, and complete the drawdown of mortgage loan from bank or financial institution referred by MorWiser, you will be entitled to receive the relevant amount of supermarket vouchers as below:

 

 Terms and conditions:

  • Client must submit the mortgage referral application form which completed by banks and financial institutions to MorWiser before the drawdown of mortgage loan from bank or financial institution referred by MorWiser;

  • The client will receive the vouchers subject to the confirmation of brokerage fee paid to MorWiser by the bank or the financial institution;

  • MorWiser reserves the right to change the terms of the above offers without prior notice;

  • Some of the banks and financial institutions may have a limitation for the loan amount and mortgage rebate commission amount, the vouchers rebate from MorWiser will be adjusted subject to the limitation set by each bank and financial institution;

  • MorWiser will not accept any liability in relation to the quality or any aspect of the prizes and awards;

  • MorWiser reserves the right of final decision on the promotion matters and any disputes.
